I purchased a Voucher for a photo shoot at a Pop-up stand at the Orion Shopping Centre at Springfield, Qld. I was cornered and coerced into buying the voucher, despite declining 3 times. I paid for the voucher and was angry as I drove home. I contacted via email twice to ask for a refund. I'm 58, no family and certainly don't need glamour photos, if you know what I mean! No response to the emails. Rang him and he delighted in telling me that they don't give refunds and good luck contacting ACCC regarding the issue as they're not interested in amounts under $100. Conveniently his Voucher was $99. I drove back to the shopping centre the following day where the owner was setting up the pop up stand again. I approached the stand and asked if he recognised me from the day before, he laughed at me and said yes. I asked him for a refund again. He growled at me saying that there are NO refunds. I told him I wasn't going to leave until he refunded me. To my shock he told me to "f-ck off". So I stood my ground and told him I'd stay there all day if I had to as I wanted my money back. He started screaming at the top of his voice "f-ck off". Everyone was was turning around in the centre mall and looking at us. I was mortified. Finally he completely lost it when I wouldn't leave. He screamed again "f-ck off you ugly sl-t". I proceeded to Centre Management and made a report outlining these exact details. A lady actually came up to me through this ordeal and asked if I was OK. I would NEVER recommend this "business person" with a disgusting mouth and a dreadful attitude towards customers. An absolute disgrace to humanity. This man (owner of the business) didn't mind using foul language in the loudest voice that stopped people in their tracks, including women and children. Utterly disgusted.
