Very well maintained complex, secure, private however tiny units, with small back yards, complex rules are no balls no scooters and no fun within the fun leaving the kids with very little to no options, Neighbours keep to themselves which is a bonus, onsite management well its abit confusing, don't know who is who within that hirachy, however Neil is a nice enough bloke. No pets in complex apart from the odd hidden cat *grins*. overall a safe secure and pleasant complex
