I used to love going to Flowers by Teresa as their flowers are gorgeous! In fact I recommeneded them to all my family and friends as well as corporate events at work and clients. I order flowers for my mum a few times a year for the last 5 years. However, this time I decided to do it through their online service instead of over the phone and paid $96 and never received my flowers. I understand how the mixup happened but instead of trying to help to find a solution they refused to refund my money or resend the flowers. They never called the courier to tell him they were sending him to the wrong address. I had to speak to him myself over an hour after the mixup was picked up. They told me if I wanted the flowers I could pick them up from the couriers house which infuriated me to no end when I was already frustrated. It's not even about the money anymore but lack of service. I can tell you now, there are plenty of amazing florists with better service Mandalay Double Bay, Rococo Surry Hills, Poho Potts point. Same prices, better flowers and better service.
