Do not use 2B Altered. I'm getting married in less than 2 weeks & my Mum needed the hem taken up on the dress she'll be wearing on the day. All she needed was the hem done but the owner of the shop (Janetta) pressed it with her steam iron. The care label clearly stated dry clean only. The dress is now water stained beyond repair. She is claiming no liability and is being extremely rude. My Mum is very upset and now has to find another dress in a hurry. A very disappointing & unnecessary situation.
