Terrible experience. Went for a bouncy blow-dry and end up with a messy tangled hair. No use of products like basic hit protection, the "stylist" Crystal,clearly don't know how to use a brush have been doing plenty of blow dry and she certainly don't know the technique was to bad that another stylist jumped to finish . Additionally make me paid in the middle of the service , everything was rushed if the closed at 3 pm why give you an appointment at 2:30 pm .
