I am utterly disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. I wanted to drop my parcel off as this is my first time visiting this store hence I asked few questions regarding the tracking.The lady who served me said I was taking up so much of her time already(where there is not even one person waiting in line,just me and my 5 years old daughter) and she even told me if I don't trust her she can give me the delivery guy number. She also mentioned she has no guarantee my parcel will reach the recipient because they are not liable for it.Her attitude is way too rude. Eventually, I did not leave my parcel with St morris newsagency. I will never visit this store again.
