MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN to this company!!! I would not recommend Civic to anyone! I contacted their office to get a quote back in SEPT 2014, it took a week for someone to call me back and that was only after I had called again four days after my initial call. Matt came out and completed a quote, we provided a drawing and measurements of exactly what we wanted. Then had another guy come out to install the wardrobe who was 3 and a half hours late, to be told that Matt had incorrectly drawn up the diagram incorrectly. Therefore we were not able to open the draws with the 2 sliding mirror doors as he didn't allow for the infill in the middle of the draws. The only solution was to have a 3 slider mirror, which over hung from the arch, looked terrible. Another time was made to install the 3 slider, then the draw handles were forgotten. Then the 3 track for the 3 sliding mirrors had to be made. We got shelves when we asked for small draws. I had contacted the office and said I was not happy with the look as it isn't what we asked for, sending multiple emails without getting a response. Then January 2015 came around, their accounts dept called chasing the other 50% of the bill. I said as per my email months ago I was not paying until the issue was fixed. It is now FEB 2015 and we have finally had the issue resolved. I was then sent an invoice which was dated back in SEPT with payment terms of 30 days. No compensation offered for the complete stuff around, no apology. nothing. If you want a professional job done, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
