Modern Tiles made an appointment with us & not only was the gentleman Washington Alvarez right on time but also very friendly. He knew what he was doing. We arranged a starting date & again Washington Alvarez & the trades people were right on time, very curious & best part, they cleaned up afterwards. The Supervisor Washington Alvarez who did the job was just amazing. He was so organised & organised the trades people that worked with him in such a professional & organised manner. You could see he had a very good rapport with his trades people.
