Took my black car in today for a wash and dry. Got it home in 5 minutes after they were done. When parking in the driveway, I saw a long thin scratch on the side door that wasn't there before I began the wash with them. Upon further inspection, I found more scratches - hashlike on the fuel plate cover. It's a terrible feeling to see this happen to a vehicle less than a year old. Still shocked this happened because I've gotten my car cleaned with them x4 before and nothing like this happened.
