We had 3 double and one single shelter installed over 3 years ago and were happy with the result and lead time, and decided to get another double shelter installed early this year Upon paying a 50% deposit on the 16th of April 2023, we were informed that the lead time was 6 weeks As we had an old (useable) shelter, we arranged for it to be removed prior to the new one to be installed After 31 weeks to the day of the deposit being paid, we received the shelter During this time the total lack of communication by the owners as to when they would install was extremely frustrating How anyone can run a business this way simply staggers me, as all we wanted was to know the truth as to when we would expect it to be installed Trying to contact them via messenger, and although they read the messages they would not reply. Tried texting them, and again, no reply. The same with calling them On rare occasions we received excuses and the lead time simply got longer If they were honest, all they needed to do was to let us know, so we could make the decision to move on As we run agistment, we had lost 2 paddocks for 26 weeks, and also lost our booking’s with other people to finish fencing the yards and having a base put in with sand now causing further delays This business treats its customers with absolute contempt, and think nothing is wrong with what they have done 31 weeks to build a horse shelter, what a joke, when we ordered a 24 metre x 27 meter stable block several months after ordering the shelter , and the stable block will be finished next week I would not recommend this business, as they have no idea on how to communicate with their customers I would not recommend them due to the total lack of communication and treating customers with contempt A one star rating is too high for this business
