I had been a customer of Sang Auto for number of year, but he started becoming greedy for money. As usual, 9 months ago, I took my car for a normal service, he told me the brake needed to be replaced cost $350, I said yes, he put a dodgy one even did not fit my car, causing noises, I took the car back to him, he admitted and blaming his staff and said he would re-do it again for me, the same noises came out again after few weeks, I took the car back again, it was even worst this time he lied and tried to get extra $600 from me, he said that the brake was all right, the noises come from the Shock Absorber. I took my car to another repairer, and they said the noises were because someone put the dodgy un-fitted brake and nothing wrong with the Shock Absorber, it cost me another $340 to redo the brake, this time it was perfect, I waited for another 2 weeks to ensure the brake of my car is OK before confronting Sang for what he did. Guess what he did, he became violently, verbally abused me, his tactic was just to shut me down, silencing me down. Attempting to get extra $600 was a scam, I reported to Consumer Protection Agency, even with the written report from the other repairer about the brake, Sang still lied to the agency. The agency told me I can sue Sang, and they keep all black records on Sang Auto. Even with only $350, but with principles, doing the right things I am still thinking if I will take him to court. The meantime, please report to Consumer Protection if you have some bad experiences with Sang Auto.
