The power of wood-fired pizza dawned on Think Pizza owners Tracy and Bruce Kesley when they installed a wood-fired pizza oven in their Perth home's backyard. The ability of guests to make their own pizza, the combination of woodfire aromas, and the delicious savory and occasional sweet results was a successful way to host guests.
