The power of wood-fired pizza dawned on Think Pizza owners Tracy and Bruce Kesley when they installed a wood-fired pizza oven in their Perth home's backyard.
The ability of guests to make their own pizza, the combination of woodfire aromas, and the delicious savory and occasional sweet results was a successful way to host guests.
While this empowered the Kesley's to host successful backyard events, Bruce wanted more. His desired perfection and wanted to produce pizzas that would rival those produced by the top restaurants of Perth.
He stumbled upon a combination of flavors, too good to keep to himself while pursuing the ultimate combination of toppings, sauce, and dough.
Bruce set up a custom mobile woodfired pizza unit in 2017, complete with drinks storage, coffee machine, topping storage, dough storage, and woodfire pizza oven, as he wanted to take his fascinating woodfire pizzas to events and parties pan Perth.
