hi my name is scott im a caravan owner of my very first caravan 19.6 explorer Aussie caravan . the team at base camp have been very hel[pful and patient with my warranty claims and my first service with my van . shannon who is the van expert and tech fitted oiut and installed a new black jack trailer jack and siroco fans for comfort and easy use also the fjull service with the van which was done professionally with no down time, office staff vicky also was very proffessional and very helpful with the warranty claims , il be looking forward getting my next service done with the team at base camp in malaga perth thanks again forn your service👍😊
