We are accredited to provide services to Department of Veteran's Affairs clients, Workcover Qld, Workcover NSW, and Workcover Victoria clients, and most Health Fund clients. We provide Medicare rebates for psychological treatment where applicable. Our offices are conveniently located on both the Southern and Northern ends of the Gold Coast: 6 Sixth Avenue, Palm Beach and Level 2, Building 3G, Southport Central, 27 Garden St, Southport. Our trading hours are from 8:30am through until 6:30pm on weekdays and 10:am until 4:00pm on Saturdays. Each psychologist can also provide telephone counselling on request. Workcover claims; Insurance claims; GP referral for Medicare rebate. Consultation and Fees: Appointments normally last for 50 minutes and can be made by calling reception on 07 5520 1000. If you have a current mental health care plan from your doctor, you may be entitled to a medicare rebate. You can access this service with no medical referral. If you do so, you may be able to claim the cost on your private health cover (please check with your fund). Workcover claims, Employee Assistance Counselling, Insurance claims, and self-referral.
