Services are provided for individuals, aged 16 years older, experiencing depression, anxiety, panic and phobias, addictions, post-traumatic stress, life stress, assertiveness, and poor self-esteem . Workcover claims; Insurance claims; GP referral for Medicare rebate. Consultation and Fees: Appointments normally last for 50 minutes and can be made by calling reception on 07 5520 1000. If you have a current mental health care plan from your doctor, you may be entitled to a medicare rebate. You can access this service with no medical referral. If you do so, you may be able to claim the cost on your private health cover (please check with your fund). Therapy is provided for individuals, aged 16 years older, experiencing: Sleep difficulties, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Chronic pain, Adjustment to illness injury, Adjusting to change, Low self esteem and confidence, Procrastination, Loss, grief and bereavement, Separation and divorce, Social skills support and assertiveness, and coping with stressful life events Medicare rebate is available with an eligible GP referral. Workcover claims, Employee Assistance Counselling, Insurance claims, and self-referral.
