Our offices are conveniently located on both the Southern and Northern ends of the Gold Coast: 6 Sixth Avenue, Palm Beach and Level 2, Building 3G, Southport Central, 27 Garden St, Southport. Our trading hours are from 8:30am through until 6:30pm on weekdays and 10:am until 4:00pm on Saturdays. Each psychologist can also provide telephone counselling on request. Affinity Psychological Service is a psychology practice that provides evidence-based treatment, with the primary goal of helping people develop their own resources to incorporate positive changes in their lives. Services are provided for individuals, aged 16 years older, experiencing depression, anxiety, panic and phobias, addictions, post-traumatic stress, life stress, assertiveness, and poor self-esteem . Workcover claims; Insurance claims; GP referral for Medicare rebate. Consultation and Fees: Appointments normally last for 50 minutes and can be made by calling reception on 07 5520 1000. If you have a current mental health care plan from your doctor, you may be entitled to a medicare rebate. You can access this service with no medical referral. If you do so, you may be able to claim the cost on your private health cover (please check with your fund). Workcover claims, Employee Assistance Counselling, Insurance claims, and self-referral.
