Goodstart Gaven is part of the growing community of families at Pacific Pines on the Gold Coast. Our educators are local to the area and play an active part in surrounding schools and local charities. We plan fun, educational activities daily, based on the children's individual interests. Developmental programs are written by each of our experienced room leaders. Goodstart Pacific Pines is conveniently located across the road from the Pacific Pines Primary School and next door to Pacific Pines High school. We have a large off road car park and are on the local bus route which makes pick-up and drop-off stress-free. Opening in November 2001, our centre was the first child care centre in Pacific Pines and we have been servicing the needs of the local community with high quality care since then. We cater for children from 6 weeks to 5 years and operate a Baby Centre (6 weeks - 2 years) and a Main Centre (2 - 5 years). We have provided care to hundreds of families, who come from a variety of cultural backgrounds in the Pacific Pines area and are able to assist families integrate into the local community. All staff are long term employees with the average length of time here at the centre being six years. All our Educators are fully qualified holding either their Diploma or Certificate 3. We hold regular events throughout the year that families are invited to attend. We also have an open door policy and welcome families into the centre at any time. Daily information regarding the day’s activities is available to view in each child's room and on Storypark - an online application where we share and communicate privately with the people that matter most to your child. We offer a number of extracurricular activities such as Russian lessions (at no extra cost), Future Champs for our Kindergarten classes (Included in cost of fees), and Happy Feet. We also have animals that the children help to look after throughout the day. Our children love the wide variety of activities that are provided and families love the open and personal communication with educators. We look forward to meeting you and your family.
