Michelle Perkins, Principal Physiotherapist and Certified Pilates Instructor, opened Physio Plus Pilates Noosa in May 2005. After training as a physiotherapist at University of Queensland, she worked in Brisbane, Canada, and Sydney, with many years running her own practice in Brisbane. While in Sydney, she completed her Pilates training with Sally Anderson at Pilates International, achieving certification in Body Arts And Sciences with Rael Isakowitz. Michelle had worked as a Physiotherapist in Noosa prior to her Pilates training, and returned to Noosa to develop her skills as a Pilates Instructor at Noosa Springs in 2001, and then at Pure Pilates at Sunshine Beach.
