Rob Crossing Principal Admitted to practice in 1995, Rob is a former legal associate to the Chief Judge of the Family Court of WA. Rob commenced practice in his own right in 2003, when he established Crossing Family Lawyers. Rob has been a member of the committee of the Family Law Practitioners' Association of WA ("FLPA"), was secretary of FLPA for four years and served on FLPA's law reform sub-committee. He is a founding member of Collaborative Professionals WA and has served on its council. Rob is a member of the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Australian Institute of Family Lawyers and Mediators. Rob is a nationally accredited mediator. He is a former member of the medical and bioethical committee of the Law Society of Western Australia. Rob is a trustee of the 2/2 Commando Association of Australia (Inc.) and is a member of the council of Christ Church Grammar School. Vincent Tan Senior Associate Vincent joined Crossing Family Lawyers in 2010 and practises in all areas of family law. He graduated from Murdoch University in 2006, with a double degree in Law and Commerce (Finance), and was admitted as a solicitor in 2008.
