The professionalism and efficiency of the management are appreciated, as is their thoroughness in answering questions. Residents are described as being well-cared for by the caring and patient staff, with particular mention of the round-the-clock care provided by Gina and the RN staff. The centre is kept in great shape by Darren, the maintenance manager, and features beautiful gardens and a good activities program. The meals are great and the dining room is lovely. The residents are described as lovely and the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable.
