He then bullied me into accepting his own orchestrated pitiful settlement that was an arbitrarily plucked amount that related to nothing that I wished to claim. I was denied any alternative, and was threatened that to refuse would be to jeopardise any possible appeal to court. NOSWORTHY controlled the whole narrative. IT WAS DISASTROUS. He exhibited an attitude of entitlement that placed him beyond scrutiny or accountability. He confidently knew that there would no assessment—and this was proved correct when I asked the director of the Mediation Unit to investigate the sordid matter. She refused to do anything.
