Without compunction, in the Mediation Hearing, Ian Nosworthy deliberately and comprehensively violated every Protocol and Directive of the Mediation Unit of the CAA with impunity. He prohibited me from presenting any case—indeed anything at all. He thus prohibited me from substantiating any case. He prohibited me from making or defending any claim. He prohibited me from addressing the Respondent at any time. For most of the time, he cloistered the Respondent and his equally corrupt solicitor, in an adjoining room to prevent any interaction. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN WORSE. THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT FOR HIM TO VIOLATE. IT WAS COMPREHENSIVE. MEDIATION DID NOT HAPPEN. He then bullied me into accepting his own orchestrated pitiful settlement that was an arbitrarily plucked amount that related to nothing that I wished to claim. I was denied any alternative, and was threatened that to refuse would be to jeopardise any possible appeal to court. NOSWORTHY controlled the whole narrative. IT WAS DISASTROUS. He exhibited an attitude of entitlement that placed him beyond scrutiny or accountability. He confidently knew that there would no assessment—and this was proved correct when I asked the director of the Mediation Unit to investigate the sordid matter. She refused to do anything.
