Me As an Osteopath, I look at how best to treat the injuries that you present, with an equal amount of focus on the primary bio-mechanical factors that may have lead to the injury occurring to begin with. Studies I undertook my Bachelors degree in Applied Science at the University of Western Sydney, graduating in 2003. After this, I continued on with my interest and focus on Osteopathy, complete a Masters in Osteopathy in 2005. Through my study of Osteopathy, I furthered my interest in the human body, how it works and the biomechanical relationships of structure and function. This lead to a specialisation in work and sport related injuries, with treatments focusing on: Back and neck pain; Muscle pain and injury; Sciatica and ‘disc’ injuries; Headaches / migraines; Pain in peripheral joints such as shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles; Repetitive strain injuries and tendonitis; Postural and ergonomic care I apply the Osteopathic principles in my treatment approach, utilizing many manual therapy techniques to facilitate the healing process. Mortdale Osteopathy Clinic My clinic is located in Mortdale, within the St George area of Southern Sydney. The clinic has been established for 2 years and aims to provide consistent advice and Osteopathic care to my clients. General treatment hours vary and I am often available outside normal business hours.
