I offer tailored support for adults and young people aged 12 and above. However, I will accept working with 11-year-olds who have commenced grade 6. For children who are younger, I can offer parenting guidance and strategies rather than individual child therapy. My focus is therapeutic interventions, creating a safe and respectful space to talk things through, at your pace. My approach is informal and relaxed, therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical.
