Dance for fitness with Eastern Suburbs Physie Physie is a uniquely Australian form of dance and exercise to music. The routines combine elements of dance styles including jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance, yoga and Pilates. Physie is affordable, community based and lots of fun.
