Physie is a uniquely Australian form of dance and exercise to music.
The routines combine elements of dance styles including jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance, yoga and Pilates.
Physie is affordable, community based and lots of fun.
The innovative choreography changes annually and is designed for maximum variety and fun and caters for all ages from 3 years to over 70's. Physie is a dance sport for life.
The classes are open to all ages and focus on developing core strength, flexibility and balance. We also offer technique and conditioning classes for those interested in competitions.
Grandmothers, mothers, daughters and grand daughters can all be members of the same Physie club and share their involvement in this unique dance sport. Eastern Suburbs Physie welcome women of all ages and abilities to ensure Physie is an experience you can share with your family right throughout your life.
