The Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre is highly regarded for its impressive atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding decorations. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making events a special experience. A wide variety of shows are held at the centre, and volunteers are praised for their superb work. Food is often described as sensational, and although some find the prices steep, the overall experience is worth it for most. Allergies are handled well, and the clean, orderly venue boasts great acoustics.
