I had to drive around 160 kilometers each way to get my car tyres done at Treadwell Tyre Service in Mackay and I found out that they damaged 3 of my rims. So, I phoned them first up and explained what I discovered after filling up my car at a service station on my way home I sent an email to the business with photos of the said damaged of my rims. I made another call the next day to make sure my email was received. When one of their staff rang me back, he blamed me and said they were "already there". I know my car. When I returned call the general manager, he only admitted 1 out of 3.
Poor workmanship, zero accountability, zero respect for the customer and worse customer service. AVOID! Will be addressing this to the next step.
