We have an extensive range of cakes customised cakes, fruit tarts, petits fours and mousse cakes. From the Classics to Francois' specialities full of vibrant colours in his fruit laden petits fours, tarts and cakes that have an instant mouth watering effect. François is also a chocolatier, as well as a pastry chef and baker, and his chocolates are well known among chocolate lovers in the area. From petits fours and 12 flavours of macrons, fruit tartlets, eclairs, florentines, and profiteroles, to classic truffle fillings like brandy truffle, pailletine and a few others that change regularly. Maintaining the attention to detail, Francois platters range from simple sausage rolls to filo tartlets filled with lime cream cheese, smoked salmon and dill, or tomato and basil lattice tartlets.
