Established in December 1998, Francois patisserie/cafe is now located in Leederville, Western Australia, and showcases some of the finest handmade Swiss delicacies from Chef François.

Tucked away in a car park off the main street, you will enter into an elegant little cafe with a very French look. Gild mirrors, small tables, bentwood chairs, and glass-frosted cabinets full of delightful temptations.

At Francois we value consistency and attention to detail, and pride ourselves on the quality of each and every one of our products.

We have an extensive range of cakes customised cakes, fruit tarts, petits fours and mousse cakes. From the Classics to Francois' specialities full of vibrant colours in his fruit laden petits fours, tarts and cakes that have an instant mouth watering effect.

François is also a chocolatier, as well as a pastry chef and baker, and his chocolates are well known among chocolate lovers in the area. From petits fours and 12 flavours of macrons, fruit tartlets, eclairs, florentines, and profiteroles, to classic truffle fillings like brandy truffle, pailletine and a few others that change regularly.

Maintaining the attention to detail, Francois platters range from simple sausage rolls to filo tartlets filled with lime cream cheese, smoked salmon and dill, or tomato and basil lattice tartlets.

François also provides a great range of biscuits, from mini meringues to chocolate chip, teak cakes and authentic Christmas mince pies and gingerbread treats – as well as breakfast pastries, gourmet sandwiches and cocktail food and selected giftware.
