We have an extensive range of cakes customised cakes, fruit tarts, petits fours and mousse cakes. From the Classics to Francois' specialities full of vibrant colours in his fruit laden petits fours, tarts and cakes that have an instant mouth watering effect. François is also a chocolatier, as well as a pastry chef and baker, and his chocolates are well known among chocolate lovers in the area.
