Once upon a time there were Three Little Figg’s, that’s right - like the Three Little Pigs but Figg’s! It was Christmas Eve 1982, Kathrine (12), Debra (9), and Melissa (4) all went to bed early praying that in the morning they would awake to find the one present they had always wanted - a Cubby House. Up rose the sun, as did the three sisters to look outside the window. And what did they see? Not just a Cubby House, but their Cubby House. There before them stood a perfect white cubby house with a red trimmed roof and the words .. THREE LITTLE FIGGS above the front door. Squealing with delight the ‘Three Little Figgs’ rushed out to their new cubby. From that day forward Kath, Deb and Lizzie lived in that Cubby House playing games, having picnics with their barbie dolls, but their favourite game of all was to play ‘shops’. Fast forward 30 years (give or take!), and guess what? We are still playing shops in our Cubby House ... it’s just a bit bigger now and we have real customers! So welcome everyone to Three Little Figgs! We are proud of our new venture and couldn’t have done it without the two people who gave us the Cubby House and our dream ...
