Although I was initially concerned because the items are quite heavy and are also irregular in shape, I found that their staff was very accommodating in planning where to send the items based on what I had and in not complicating things for me. They also communicated exceptionally well by providing me with prompt updates on the timing of the pickups of the items and their delivery dates. This provided significant peace of mind to me.
