Recently, I engaged the services of Couriers & Freight Australia for the import of home decor items from China (Guangzhou), a total shipment of 40 cartons, to my small e-commerce business in Australia. This would be my first experience importing in such large quantities, and I was concerned about the potential for customs delays, as well as high shipping and delivery costs, due to this being my first large import order.
I found their communications very easy to understand. They provided an excellent explanation of the freight options available, including differences between air and ocean freight, which allowed me to find a balance between freight costs and the time required for delivery. Ultimately, I chose to ship my products to Australia via ocean freight because it was less expensive than air transportation – they kept me informed on the status of my shipment until it reached Australia.
I also appreciated the assistance provided by the company in regard to the documentation needed for customs. Since I had very little experience with import operations before working with this company, it was nice to have such a helpful and knowledgeable staff to help me complete the required forms and have all my questions answered quickly. This made things much easier than having to deal with the same type of documentation with different shipping companies one at a time. Thank you Couriers & Freight!

I worked with Couriers & Freight Australia to ship some large pieces of furniture abroad and my experience was mostly positive, from beginning to end. Although I was initially concerned because the items are quite heavy and are also irregular in shape, I found that their staff was very accommodating in planning where to send the items based on what I had and in not complicating things for me. They also communicated exceptionally well by providing me with prompt updates on the timing of the pickups of the items and their delivery dates. This provided significant peace of mind to me.

Recently I had to send a few breakables from Sydney to Adelaide and looked at Couriers & Freight. They had a service where you can book all of the different courier companies online at once and the prices were cheaper than booking with the individual couriers. The item was picked up quickly after booking and the driver took great care when handling the package. I also received fast tracking updates once the package left my house so I had peace of mind. The package actually found its way to Newcastle (one day delivery) very quickly (it was sent from Sydney) due to Couriers & Freight’s efficient service overall, I did contact their customer service about label creation and received an immediate and precise reply from their staff, which confirms their reliability as a courier company. Overall, I found the experience very efficient, cost-effective and hassle-free which makes Couriers & Freight an excellent choice for anyone looking for an easy way to send packages interstate.

We consider Couriers & Freight to be our perfect matched solution for all of Australia's 3PL service and freight needs. The team have been nothing but helpful and responsive to all our needs for either coordinating deliveries or tracking shipments. The pricing for services offered by Couriers & Freight are reasonable and the process of placing an order through to receiving the order is a seamless process. While freight delays can occur due to carrier networks, Couriers & Freight have always kept us fully appraised of the situation and provided alternative solutions when necessary. High recommended!

The process of booking a courier service with Couriers & Freight was simple because you could choose the location, date, and time frame for pick-up and delivery by clicking on the drop-down bar and entering in your postcode. There was a slight issue with confirmation of the date/time of pick-up, but once cleared up all went as planned. The package was very quickly delivered to rural WA and the condition of the package was fine when it arrived. Overall I would have given 5 stars if not for there being a little mix up regarding the arrangements of picking up my package.
