Fernwood Bendigo opened in 1989 and is the birth place of the hugely successful Fernwood group. Our friendly and supportive team offer Personal Training, a wide variety of Les Mills group exercise classes, yoga, reformer Pilates, supervised child play, free breakfast, weight loss and nutritional guidance. We also have an accredited Exercise Physiologist on site with health fund and Medicare rebate available. We have state-of-the-art equipment, free Wi-Fi and, of course, qualified, experienced staff who are motivated to empower our members to shine! At Fernwood Bendigo we over 50 weekly classes, including the following: Yoga classes, Pilates mat classes, Reformer Pilates classes, Les Mills - Body Balance, Body Step, Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Combat, Core and RPM. Specialised 30-minute classes, Boxing, Functional Training, Studio Cycle, pre- and post-natal.
