Symes Coaches has been established for over 60 years. We have experienced drivers, modern coaches and your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. Greg has worked with his father Fred, in the company since 1981, after obtaining his mechanics, bus and coach licences. In 1982 Greg took over the running of the company as Fred went into semi retirerment. The following years brought an increase in the fleet, staff and business in general. Greg has seen many changes in the way the transport industry conducts itself, and today it is considered to be a highly qualified and safety conscious industry that Greg has taken all in his stride. Mal joined the company some 8 years ago as a casual school bus driver. After gaining experience on the road, driving many different runs, he moved to additional work in the office, assisting the manager. After a period of time he moved to be the Operational Manager and in 2011 became the Manager. Mal is combining his years of being in business, with his completion of his Bus and Coach Management Course in 2012, to be highly qualified for a long future in the industry.
