Pat Kindellan has had extensive experience in the livestock industry over the last 35 years in both the Gippsland and Northeast regions of Victoria and in southern New South Wales. In 2006, Pat gained his Real Estate Licence and Stock & Station Licence in both NSW and Victoria. Pat has worked for both large franchise companies and smaller privately owned businesses and enjoys being a locally known agent with an extensive knowledge of the local districts, markets and also providing a large network of contacts throughout the livestock industry developed over his many years in the business. Julie Kindellan, who is also a Licenced Real Estate agent, has also worked with a large franchise company in Rural Real Estate sales. This has given her an extensive grounding in the Real Estate Industry, whilst managing the office for Kindellan Livestock & Property over the 10 years they have been in business. Kindellan Livestock & Property are also involved in direct marketing of livestock from producers to processors and feedlots, and between producers themselves.
