Kindellan Livestock & Property Pty Ltd commenced operation in October 2001 based at Wodonga and operating at the Wodonga Saleyards. Pat Kindellan has had extensive experience in the livestock industry over the last 35 years in both the Gippsland and Northeast regions of Victoria and in southern New South Wales. In 2006, Pat gained his Real Estate Licence and Stock & Station Licence in both NSW and Victoria. Pat has worked for both large franchise companies and smaller privately owned businesses and enjoys being a locally known agent with an extensive knowledge of the local districts, markets and also providing a large network of contacts throughout the livestock industry developed over his many years in the business. Julie Kindellan, who is also a Licenced Real Estate agent, has also worked with a large franchise company in Rural Real Estate sales. This has given her an extensive grounding in the Real Estate Industry, whilst managing the office for Kindellan Livestock & Property over the 10 years they have been in business. Kindellan Livestock & Property, being licensed in both Victoria and New South Wales, look forward to becoming a very integral part of servicing their clients as a whole entity in Livestock, Real Estate and Clearing Sales. Kindellan Livestock & Property conducts Auctions at Wodonga saleyards weekly with a Prime & Store Market on a Tuesday, Cow & Bull market on a Wednesday, and the third Thursday of every month, we participate in an Independent Agent’s Special Store Market also held at Wodonga. Kindellan Livestock & Property are also involved in direct marketing of livestock from producers to processors and feedlots, and between producers themselves.
