The home’s unique design has 8 small community areas for 15 residents and includes a dining, lounge and courtyard area, creating a safe and intimate environment for residents to enjoy. The experienced clinicians, carers and hospitality teams look after all aspects of a resident's care including clinical, social and overall wellbeing and offer dementia and palliative care services, which can be accessed for short-term respite care or a longer stay. The home has a Memory Support Unit to provide a safe environment for residents requiring additional support.The home has both single rooms and companion rooms for couples wishing to live together, with a number of rooms with views to gardens and courtyards, some with direct access to courtyard areas. Residents take part in daily activities including exercise groups, arts and crafts classes and enjoy visiting entertainers and volunteers from the community. 
Estia Health is highly regarded by its clients for its caring and compassionate staff, focus on client comfort, and thoughtfully designed facilities. The gardens are a lovely feature and the food, which is freshly made each day, is also praised. The staff go above and beyond to support families and assist with any requirements.
