Greensborough Cake Decorating Centre has been teaching and selling retail supplies for over 20 years. We teach all levels of cake decorating from beginners to advanced in a variety of mediums including buttercream, flowers (gumpaste), chocolate, RTR (Ready To Roll icing, also known as fondant or plastic icing), pulled sugar (Isomalt) and others. Our facilities at the Centre include three classrooms, a kitchen that makes custom made cakes for all occasions and a retail shop with a large range of cake decorating equipment and all of the supplies you will need for your next cake project. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff have a passion for cakes and will be happy to help with your creations.
