Hi, my name is Sarah and I’m a Certified Art Therapist, IKIGAI Therapist and Holistic Career Development Coach. The term Kintsugi refers to the ancient Japanese art of gilding broken pottery to repair and make it more beautiful than it was before. I also offer art therapy career coaching, with a focus on guiding adults, including people living with a disability or mental health challenge.
