Hi, my name is Sarah and I’m a Certified Art Therapist, IKIGAI Therapist and Holistic Career Development Coach. I also have a Bachelor Degree in Communications and Media (Journalism and Advertising) with additional training in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.

The term Kintsugi refers to the ancient Japanese art of gilding broken pottery to repair and make it more beautiful than it was before. In the same way, art therapy uses creative art to repair and heal a broken soul so that it shines with love and joy.

I created the Kintsugi Art Therapy Blog to provide people in Adelaide and Online with a range of resources to be able to use art to therapeutically calm, heal and flourish in an autonomous way.

I offer holistic creative arts therapy sessions with Clients to help to uncover and connect with your life purpose online via Zoom and in person in Adelaide. I also offer art therapy career coaching, with a focus on guiding adults, including people living with a disability or mental health challenge. Or you may wish to get help with using art therapy to ignite your soul-led marketing and business activities.
