Wellbeing is a whole mind and body experience. If your mental health is out of balance, it’s likely your physical health is too, and vice versa. We work together to bring your mind, body and life, into harmony, restoring wellbeing and allowing you to thrive rather than just survive. With a special interest in trauma, I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, sleep issues, relationship issues, emotional reactivity, difficulty connecting with feelings and the body, work stress and burnout.
