MSI is a twenty six year old privately owned business based in Edwardstown, South Australia. We have 2 factories and our location close to South Road allows easy access to the northern and southern suburbs. We operate the latest technology european automated CNC wire forming equipment accompanied by what is the southern hemisphere's largest range of German mechanical wire and strip formers. Complimenting the manufacturing operations are robot welders (mig and spot), wire straighten and cut machines, pedestal welders, 2D and 3D CNC wire forming, specialist mesh manufacture, special purpose welding equipment and a nylon coating line. This combination allows MSI to complete both high and low volume work or custom products specific to your needs. In addition we process many imported and special grades of material in both wire and strip. On site, MSI also operate a fully equipped tool-room and utilise a laser probe attached to a non-contact co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) to measure any of our customer requirements. We have accreditation to ISO9001 and 14001 environmental requirements.
