Since opening in September 1982, Pancho's Mexican Villa is now a landmark Mexican restaurant. After establishing a reputation for quality Mexican food that far exceeded expectations, Pancho’s Mexican restaurant is now recognised as one of Perth’s favourite Mexican restaurants. Pancho's ethos has been practical and uncomplicated which reflects how we have survived over the two decades. Pancho’s Mexican Villa now has two Perth restaurants, one in Mount Lawley and one in East Victoria Park. Pancho’s Mexican Villa would like to take this opportunity, in our 30th year, to convey our appreciation to all our valued customers, (past & present staff) that keep returning, and to the new customers that find Pancho’s for the first time. 
Pancho's Mexican Villa Restaurant is known for its delicious Mexican food and friendly service, with many customers praising the amazing recommendations, awesome atmosphere, and consistent delicious dishes. Some have noted the great customer service and quick food delivery. Dietary restrictions and kids are also welcome. However, there have been reports of poor service and missed orders, and a few customers have experienced rude behavior from staff.
