Photography began for me when I set out on a journey from Perth to London with mates back in 1994. The Earl’s Court party scene made a colourful start for me and my Nikon F4 and I got hooked on creating memories on film. A somewhile career backpacker, I spent the next 8 years travelling through places where I could experience and record people in their lives and times. By the time I hit home, I had an addictive love for the art of photography. So, Perth is home again but the backpack still gets an outing - I believe what’s inside you will always be there - and while I will always be a journeyman, I am now also a very happy career photographer.
