PKP Kinesiology is an evidence-based holistic therapy for the mind, body and soul. It is based on Chinese medicine principles, and uses the body's own biofeedback system to initiate innate healing. Through muscle testing Hayley is able to have a conversation with client's bodies, using muscle testing to identify areas of imbalance. Through this muscle testing conversation, and client emotional awareness, she tests for and identifies the most appropriate tools and techniques the body needs to facilitate it's own healing. Kinesiology is a participatory modality, and there may be homework for clients, such as nutritional supplementation, affirmations, crystals, essences, or movement. Hayley balances her clients for willingness and determination to follow through with this work. Through building the client's own personal awareness, Hayley is a skillful practitioner who empowers her clients to facilitate long-lasting positive change.
