Louise has a Masters in Manipulative Physiotherapist and particularly enjoys working in the area of postural pain syndromes and exercise based management. She has completed the Polestar Pilates training as part of her exercise focus.

She has also developed an interest in the management of exercise programmes for musicians as a preventative or Therapeutic approach, to injury prevention. A critical component in management of postural syndromes (and in the case of many musicians – repetitive strain/overuse issues) is analysis of movement patterns and establishing a stable trunk from which to move the limbs. The Pilates method is a very effective and satisfying programme to work with to meet these aims and objectives.
