Description
Libby Austin is an experienced musculoskeletal and Olympic Sports Physiotherapist who founded Eastern Sports and Spinal Care. Libby is committed to maintaining the highest level of patient care with cutting edge treatment techniques and innovative exercise approaches to facilitate rapid recovery and optimum lifestyle.
Libby has a special interest in current neuroscience particularly as it relates to clients with long standing pain conditions. She conducts both individual and group education seminars as well as running specific exercise programs.
In 2011 she qualified in clinical hypnosis and uses this in conjunction with focused relaxation sessions to assist clients with stress management, pain control, anxiety and sleep problems.
